Carrie Gremard is a Licensed Legal Paraprofessional focused exclusively on family law, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience within the Arizona court system. Known for her practical approach and genuine compassion, Carrie combines legal knowledge with real-world insight to help clients navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions.
Having worked directly with self-represented litigants in the court system, she understands both the legal process and the emotional weight clients carry. Her approach is centered on making the law accessible, reducing stress, and helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
She earned both her Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Legal Studies from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Carrie is continuing her education through a Doctorate of Law and Policy program, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.

A Legal Paraprofessional (“LP”) is an individual with a specific combination of education and experience who is licensed to provide legal services within a defined scope of practice. LPs in the legal field are often compared to Nurse Practitioners in the medical field.
Under ACJA § 7-210, Legal Paraprofessionals are licensed to
- Prepare and sign legal documents;
- Provide specific advice, opinions, or recommendations about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, or strategies;
- Draft and file documents, related to motions, discovery, interim and final orders, and modification of orders, and arrange for service of legal documents:
- Appear before a court or tribunal
- Negotiate legal rights or responsibilities.
Once licensed, LPs are affiliate members of the State Bar.
