Pooja Kedia is an accomplished attorney who has dedicated her career to advocating for vulnerable individuals and families. Born in India, and raised in Phoenix, AZ, Pooja earned her undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of Arizona, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then went on to work for Fortune 500 companies before pursuing a legal degree.

Pooja’s passion for helping others led her to ASU’s Immigration Law and Policy Clinic, where she leveraged her advocacy skills to help abused, neglected, or abandoned children obtain legal status, clearing the way for adoption by families who wanted them. She graduated law school with the Highest Pro Bono Distinction award for her work at the immigration clinic.

Prior to joining RJ Peters, Pooja worked at a fast-paced, high-volume mid-size family law practice where she advocated for her clients in divorce proceedings, child custody and child support litigation, and enforcement proceedings. Her decision to move to a smaller practice lies in her desire to better serve her clients. Pooja has both courtroom experience and excellent negotiation skills. She has a knack for solving problems and identifying opportunities for win-win solutions. However, when win-win solutions give way to high emotions, unreasonable and unrealistic demands, and opportunism, she will advocate vigorously for her clients in court.

Outside of work, Pooja enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying local restaurants, hiking mountains, and meditating. Her passion for helping others and her commitment to justice make her an asset to any client she represents.

Mr. Peters and his Team…
