Richard has twenty-four years of experience in family law litigation including divorces, legal separations, paternity actions, establishment of custody, modification and enforcement of court orders, child support and orders of protection. He received two B.S. degrees from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (1985 and 1991, magna cum laude), and his J.D. degree (1994) from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Fregin is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona. He serves as the Vice President of the East Valley Bar Association (2019, 2020). He also volunteers for the Family Law Assistance Project through Community Legal Services.
